About the Position
Aquarius Professional Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Insurance Policy Service Specialist to join our team. As an Insurance Policy Service Specialist, you will be responsible for handling client service-related work, including policy renewals, changes, EPOs, surrenders, and freelooks.
Key Responsibilities
- Renew and change policies as directed by policyowners.
- Process EPOs (early payoff) or balance payoffs as appropriate.
- Process surrenders and policy loans.
- Provide payment histories as requested.
- Answer incoming phone calls and handle customer service calls.
- Respond to customer inquiries and explain policy provisions to customers.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in the financial services or insurance industry.
- 3-5 years life insurance experience and/or LOMA matriculation is desirable.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent customer service skills.
