We are currently looking for a Client Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing unparalleled support to our clients and building meaningful relationships that cultivate long-lasting loyalty. The ideal candidate is proactive and has strong problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Efficient Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders in the ERP system via email and phone, ensuring seamless order fulfillment while collaborating closely with the Sales Department to verify pricing and order details.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships by providing timely, professional responses to inquiries regarding product details, order status, and inventory availability.
- Proactive Order Monitoring: Track and oversee order progress from placement to delivery, proactively providing customers with updates and swiftly addressing any delays or issues.
- Returns & Issue Resolution: Manage the full return process, ensuring swift resolution while maintaining clear communication with customers and internal teams.
- Data Accuracy & Integrity: Maintain and update customer database records, verifying contact details to ensure seamless communication and accurate order processing.
- Inventory & Logistics Coordination: Monitor inventory levels, oversee shipment arrivals, and manage product returns while keeping relevant departments informed to minimize disruptions.
- Vendor Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with vendors to ensure adequate inventory levels and efficient supply chain operations.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with Sales and Accounting teams to troubleshoot discrepancies, resolve issues efficiently, and drive operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years’ experience in a customer service role
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients
- Strong critical thinking skills
