We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Client Support Specialist. What You'll Do :
Provide exceptional administrative support to multiple lenders managing standard portfolios.
Process daily customer interactions, including account openings, inquiries, wire transfers, advances, and payoffs.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues while facilitating onboarding for new clients.
Support Relationship Managers by managing calls, preparing loan documentation, performing data entry, tracking vendor invoices, and gathering relevant information to resolve issues or complete projects.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and operational requirements.
Qualifications :
A minimum of 3-5 years of banking experience with a strong foundation in account opening and commercial loan servicing preferred.
Exceptional customer service capabilities.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
High organizational skills and time management, with a keen attention to detail and adaptability to changing priorities.
Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Word; familiarity with FIS, Salesforce, or ACBS is a plus.
Knowledgeable in various loan documents, banking processing standards, best practices, and audit controls.

Compensation :
The estimated hourly rate for this role ranges from $20.20 to $27.00, along with eligibility for an annual bonus. Actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
