Key Responsibilities
Safety & Compliance
Enforce and uphold strict safety protocols across all operations.
Ensure compliance with AquaSafe and health authority standards .
Train staff on pool safety, chemical handling, and risk management .
Operational Leadership
Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize profitability .
Optimize budgets to maintain efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Determine staffing needs and collaborate with HR for recruitment and training.
Lead and mentor Division Managers and Service Managers to ensure excellence.
Client & Staff Management
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive high customer satisfaction and retention .
Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities .
Coach, evaluate, and develop staff to maximize performance and engagement.
Brand & Growth Initiatives
Represent AquaSafe with professionalism and enthusiasm .
Develop initiatives to enhance brand reputation and community engagement .
Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement .
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in operations leadership , preferably in the aquatics, hospitality, or service industries.
Strong strategic, financial, and team leadership skills .
Ability to drive sales growth and optimize operational efficiencies.

Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities .
Experience managing large teams and multi-location operations is a plus.
