Aquatech has an immediate need for a full-time Applications Development Engineer to work in our Hartland, WI office location.
The individual will be considered a Non-Exempt employee and will work full-time, in-person at the campus in Hartland, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will have safe working habits, good communication and organization skills, the ability to interpret instructions, and an attention to detail.
Job Description:
- Monitor pilot results to ensure process alignment with key operational targets
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pilot laboratory testing
- Maintain ownership of all data generated from the pilot test
- Analyze data to form conclusions and author pilot reports
- Engineer, design, assemble and maintain pilot plant equipment
- Communicate with pilot operations to make decisions in the best interest of safety, pilot quality, and schedule
- Ensure operational readiness and efficient use of resources
- Lead continuous improvement efforts to advance technical capabilities
- Conduct training for operators
- Establish and enforce a culture of safety, organization, and accountability
Skill Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to maintain positive attitude
- Ability to be hands on and to carry out tasks with minimal monitoring
- Ability to work weekdays and weeknights and overtime as required by testing
- Possess good organizational skills
- Possess strong mechanical aptitude

Physical Job Demands:
Lifting / carrying / moving 50 pounds, will need to climb ladders, and will need to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while in the laboratory. Needs high degree of concentration in a laboratory setting.
