What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager Construction Administration position at Aquatic Design Group?
Provides overall construction administration direction to Aquatic Design Group designed projects post plan-approval. May contribute to design and QA / QC. Maintains liaison with multiple clients and projects simultaneously. Monitors project and insures compliance with design, budget and schedule. Specific duties include reviewing submittals and RFI's, performing site inspections and producing field reports. Ability to travel to job sites including airplane travel is required. Past experience with commercial swimming pools, plumbing installation, and understanding of concrete preferred but not required.
Salary : $70,000 - $110,000
