Regional Aquatics Director

Summary:

Aquatic Management of Indianapolis provides Seasonal Pool Management in Indianapolis, Indiana. We are seeking a motivated individual to fill our Regional Aquatic Director Position.

The Regional Director oversees training and supervision of pool managers and lifeguards at multiple pool facilities around the city. The Regional Director must have a good understanding of aquatic safety, pool system operations, and excellent communication and management skills. Regional Directors are a core part of the leadership team and are key players in ensuring company policies and standards are met.

Aquatic Management of Indianapolis is a partner company of The Pool Management Group. The Pool Management Group is the largest privately held commercial swimming pool management company in the United States.

Responsiblies Include:

· Oversee supervisors, pool managers, and teams of Lifeguards at multiple pool facilities.

· Organize and teach ARC lifeguard training classes.

· Conduct on-site staff training and meetings.

· Provide customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

· Oversee facilities safety, maintenance and cleaning tasks.

· Completing spring pool openings and fall pool closings.

· Work closely with HR director, supervisors, and pool managers to fill staffing requirements.

· Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed.

· Ensure the local Health Department, DOL and OSHA requirements are being met.

· Perform additional miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

· This job involves physical labor and the ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
