Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing procurement processes, ensuring inventory control, and fostering strong relationships with vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Place and follow up on national and international purchase orders
- Manage and update inventory records (receipts, adjustments, rotation)
- Coordinate with production to ensure materials and parts are available on time
- Receive, organize, and maintain updated technical production drawings
- Support administrative tasks related to operations
Ideal Candidate
- Highly Organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Excel and/or ERP Systems (Preferred)
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and self driven
- Prior experience in similar roles (Preferred)
- Manufacturing experience (Preferred)
- Adaptability and flexibility to be able to work interdepartmentally
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
