Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Content Strategy and Development Specialist to join our team. As a hybrid role, you will work 3 days per week onsite in O'Fallon, MO, and 2 days remotely. The ideal candidate will have experience with XML, preferably DITA, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and deliver technical content and publications about products and services for customers.
- Perform all stages of the process to publish technical content in online, mobile, and printed formats.
- Research, evaluate, select, and implement new enterprise-wide processes and technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Familiarity with DITA XML/Oxygen XML editor/technical writing.
- Project management skills.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn new technology programs and processes.
- Adaptability to dynamic change in a fast-paced environment.
