Overview :

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Creative Director to lead the creative vision and strategy for Health & Wellbeing campaigns, including Vision, Pharmacy, Optical, OTC, and overall Wellbeing. This role plays a critical part in shaping and executing integrated campaigns that connect with our audience across all channels. The director and team will also contribute to Mobile App and Hardlines campaigns and may support other categories as needed.

This role requires a creative leader who can develop innovative, breakthrough, and on-brand concepts that motivate and inspire customers. This individual will lead external agency partners and an internal team of Associate Creative Directors, Art Directors, Writers, and Designers. The ideal candidate has a blend of in-house and agency experience, strong leadership skills, and hands-on creative expertise.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Leadership : Define and champion the creative vision for health and wellness, mobile app, and hardline campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy and key initiatives.
  • Team Management : Manage, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of creatives, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster a culture of creative excellence.
  • Collaboration : Partner closely with senior leadership, marketing strategy, insights & planning, production, and other stakeholders to develop impactful campaigns that drive business growth.
  • Brand Cohesion : Ensure all creative output is consistent with brand guidelines and connects across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Project Oversight : Manage campaign projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives. This includes leading ideation, presenting to stakeholders, overseeing production, and managing post-production.
  • Trend Awareness : Stay informed about industry trends, culture, and emerging design technologies, incorporating relevant insights into brand concepts.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar role within the advertising or retail industry.
  • Exceptional portfolio showcasing experience developing 360 campaigns with breakthrough examples for large-scale clients. Experience with Healthcare-related advertising is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate creative teams.
  • Excellent understanding of consumer behavior within the health and wellness and retail landscape.
  • 12 years of experience in conceptual campaign advertising, with a proven track record of leadership and successful project management.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools and software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Google Slides, Slack, and Figma.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment leading brand design work in-house or agency-side.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in graphic design, advertising, brand strategy, or a related field.

  • Reports to Group Creative Director
  • Manages a team responsible for Health & Wellness, Mobile App, and Hardlines, including Associate Creative Directors, Senior Designers, Art Directors, Writers, and Designers.
