Immediate opening for a Usability Specialist in Santa Clara, CA. Must have previous healthcare industry experience.

- Schedule : M – F, standard business hours
- Pay rate : $91.83 to $102.04 / hour

Do you have a strong record of conducting digital and environmental usability tests and driving excellent user research?
Our client is looking for a usability specialist to be a part of the design team building easy, simple, and efficient user interfaces and physical environments for our health customers and members. Focusing on the customer / member experience and a strong passion to advocate on the customer / members’ behalf is an absolute must. You will also responsible for coordinating usability activities in a prototype environment and communicating the findings with the other team members to help specify usability activities to meet product development needs.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $91.83 to $102.04 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
