Change Management Consultant
Job Description:
Our client is seeking a dynamic Change Management Consultant to join their growing Performance Marketing Organization. This role focuses on driving results with retail and payment partners while enhancing customer experiences. The consultant will collaborate across departments to improve workflows, develop new business processes, and re-engineer existing ones.
Responsibilities:
* Process Development & Re-engineering: Work with Process Champions to develop and refine organizational processes.
* Change Management Expertise: Apply change management best practices, including framework development.
* Gap Analysis & Roadmaps: Create gap analyses and process roadmaps to guide improvements.
* Process Simplification: Identify and implement opportunities for process simplification.
* Effective Communication: Communicate recommendations clearly using slideshows, spreadsheets, and documents.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
* Tool & Process Alignment: Work with SMEs to align tools and processes with project requirements.
* Training Material Development: Assist in creating training materials for change management education and implementation.
* Stakeholder Training: Facilitate training for key stakeholders on change management frameworks.
* Problem Solving & Implementation: Creatively solve problems and address implementation obstacles.
* Procedure & Process Updates: Assist with relevant procedure and process updates.
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in business or technology, or 3 years of experience in:
* Budgeting
* Finance
* Statistics
* Risk Management
* Process Re-engineering
* Internal Controls
* Performance Measurement
* Program/Project Management
* Acquisition
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Visio).
* Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, including the ability to present to Senior Managers.
Desired Characteristics:
* Familiarity with tools like Jira and Kanban.
* Experience with Agile methodologies.
* Highly motivated, self-starter with strong teamwork skills.
* Experience coordinating across work streams and delivery areas.
* Business certifications (Agile, Lean Six Sigma).
* Knowledge of the Financial Services Industry and Credit Card/Consumer Finance products.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $58 - $60 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
