Transform complex market data into actionable insights that drive product strategy:
Develop sophisticated seasonal plans and monthly forecasts using cutting-edge analytics, balancing sales, margin, and inventory at the style color level
Design and execute strategic buy plans for the kids business division, incorporating detailed door, flow, and size specifications
Lead cross-functional collaboration to optimize business health throughout the product lifecycle
Conduct weekly business analysis against forecasts and provide monthly in-season sales and inventory projections
Drive product performance through data analysis and deliver actionable insights for business optimization
Create and maintain weekly forecast variance reports with comprehensive action plans
Spearhead inventory planning and management initiatives
Partner with marketplace teams to optimize product lifecycle management and maximize consumer demand
Your Impact Ecosystem
You’ll collaborate with global Commercial Planning partners, Merchandise Financial Planning teams, Marketplace specialists, and Finance leaders to create robust rolling forecasts for the Kids business division, grounded in both quantitative and qualitative metrics spanning sales, inventory, and margin.
Your Expertise
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
Alternative combinations accepted:

Background in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field
