Demand Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planning Manager to develop and maintain detailed product demand plans, ensuring high forecast accuracy. This role requires expertise in advanced forecasting techniques, market trend analysis, and data-driven decision-making to optimize demand planning and support business profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed product demand plans for assigned categories to ensure high forecast accuracy.
• Utilize advanced forecasting and analysis techniques to anticipate consumer demand and market trends.
• Improve demand planning efficiency to enhance company and customer profitability.
• Provide technical expertise and mentorship within the demand planning function.
• Develop and integrate short-term forecasts for internal operations, considering factors
• New product distribution and deletions
• Use statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making tools to validate seasonal product demand by category.
• Analyze internal demand stream information and categorize data based on demand patterns.
• Apply statistical techniques, business targets, and external market analysis to enhance global forecast accuracy.
• Support documentation, timely communication, and technical consulting to internal and external stakeholders.

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of directly relevant work experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management.
