Job Description :
Our client is looking for a full-time Digital Graphic Designer located in either Tampa Bay, FL, or in Greater New Orleans. As a Digital Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging and innovative digital designs for the brands, software, and programs of the worlds largest pool company. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement creative concepts and elevate our digital marketing channels. Your creative skills and attention to detail will enhance our brand identity, develop a cohesive on-brand presence, and contribute to the success of our marketing initiatives. The right fit will be self-starting, strategic in their thinking, hungry to learn and grow within an organization that leads the industry.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Art, or a related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with other industry-standard design tools (Premiere)
- Experience in designing for digital platforms, including digital ad campaigns, email campaigns, social media, and UI / UX
- Video editing experience a plus
- Strong understanding of layout principles
- Knowledge of current design trends and best practices
- Ability to translate creative briefs and marketing strategies into visually compelling designs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask to meet deadlines
- Portfolio showcasing your digital design skills and creative abilities
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $30 - $35 / hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match (if applicable).
