The E-commerce Operations Manager is responsible for the day to day management and smooth process of our client's operations including liasing with internal marketing and creative teams. The candidate should have previous experience or show particular interest in e-Commerce business and digital design. The ability to multi-task, be highly organized with avid attention to detail is a must.
Responsibilities :
- Own and manage the full Product Detail Page process with cross functional partners
- Primary point person for all market requests
- Manage & update the global animation calendar
- Responsible for asset adoption tracking
- Ownership of site audits for all global markets
- Responsible for digital PIM / DAM Management
- Responsible for the quality assurance of each animation package prior to final release to the markets
- Always on market and competitive research
- Animation Campaign Management : Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress, manage cross-functional review process, QA delivery, Market release management
- Partner closely with the Technical PM to ensure the brand layer master site is up to date for market reference and all assets are created to the correct sizes and specifications required
- Lead the organization and logistics of our client's global digital forum

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45.91 to $51.02 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
