Compensation Range: $45 - 50 per hour
We're looking for an E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of a global skincare brand's online business. This role involves close collaboration with marketing and creative teams, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for e-commerce and digital design.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the full Product Detail Page process with cross functional partners.
- Primary point person for all market requests.
- Manage & update the global animation calendar.
- Responsible for asset adoption tracking.
- Ownership of site audits for all global markets.
- Responsible for digital PIM/DAM Management.
- Responsible for the quality assurance of each animation package prior to final release to the markets.
- Always on market and competitive research.
- Animation Campaign Management: Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress, manage cross-functional review process, QA delivery, Market release management.
- Partner closely with the Technical PM to ensure the brand layer master site is up to date for market reference and all assets are created to the correct sizes and specifications required.
Qualifications:
- 3 years experience in e-commerce focused on driving sales and growth with measurable results with a full understanding of the consumer journey. Corporate experience a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related fields.
- Experience working with Global markets and APAC a plus.
- Understanding of current e-Commerce trends, strategies, and techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritization skills along with the ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Strong organizations skills required.
- Attention to detail a must.
