As the Motion Graphics Artist, you will have the opportunity to develop cutting edge Motion Graphics & visual effects for a truly exciting AAA project.
The Initiative is seeking a creative and highly motivated Motion Graphics Artist. You will work alongside the UI / UX Director & Art Director to pioneer world class motion graphics for futuristic / sci-fi Augmented Reality assets. In this position, you will be responsible for defining our AR visual identity and developing the style guide for a core pillar of the project.
Responsibilities :
- Work alongside the UI / UX Director to create industry leading Motion Graphics and visual effects, working from initial design ideation through to final integration in engine.
- Design cutting edge Motion Graphics that support the project core vision, world building & product goals.
- Work closely with Engineers and Tech team to drive and define implementation solutions and pipelines to a meticulous standard.
- An obsessive eye for detail and excellence.
- Drive the development of Style Guides and Process Guides.
- Communicate proactively and effectively in portfolio reviews with key stakeholders.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45 / hr - $50 / hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
