Our client is seeking a skilled Organizational Change Management Consultant to join their team and support in challenging the status quo and driving meaningful change across business processes and outcomes. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with a passion for engaging hearts and minds to create lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities :

Apply proven change management principles, methodologies, and tools to develop and execute creative strategies that drive organizational and individual change.
Conduct stakeholder and impact analyses to design a sequence of activities that build stakeholder commitment and embed changes effectively.
Collaborate across diverse teams and levels, leveraging strong facilitation skills in both virtual and in-person settings.
Design and deliver impactful communications and presentations tailored to various audiences.
Use analytics and data storytelling to measure success and drive informed decision-making.
Partner with leadership to integrate change management strategies into broader organizational initiatives.
Employ knowledge from complementary disciplines such as communications, adult learning, leadership development, organizational design, and design thinking.

Qualifications :

5 years of demonstrated experience in organizational change management focusing on business processes and outcomes.

Solid experience and a deep understanding of change management principles, methodologies and tools, with a demonstrated capability to develop creative solutions that engage the heart and mind to drive change. ADKAR certification is a plus.

Proficiency in conducting stakeholder and impact analysis to define a series / sequence of activities to influence stakeholder commitment and embed changes into the environment at both the organization and individual levels

Ability to fluidly apply knowledge from other disciplines such as communications, adult learning, leadership development problem solving, org design and design thinking

Strong facilitation skills to engage at all levels and across diverse teams in both in person and virtual settings

Effective communication skills including the design and delivery of effective and impactful presentations

Analytics and measurement acumen with an ability to leverage data to tell a story that drives action

Advanced experience in change management; Prosci, or other Change Management certification is preferable

Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, influencing, prioritization, project management, decision-making and conflict resolutions skills

Self-starter; takes initiative and can work independently as well as collaborate with team members and key stakeholders

Experience in the financial services industry, with knowledge of operations or service organizations is a plus

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55.73 - $61.93 / Hourly (W2). Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
