Their Benefits Administration team supports this commitment by designing human-centered, intuitive experiences that enable their members to take full advantage of their health plan benefits. Our client is seeking a Product Designer to drive the user experience and design of Benefits Administration experiences, ensuring they are intuitive, efficient, and supportive of our organizational goals.
The Benefits Administration Product Designer will be responsible for understanding and enhancing Benefits Administration experiences. This role requires a dedication to improving the health plan experience of the members, empowering them to effortlessly understand and engage with their health plan benefits while driving business objectives.
Responsibilities :
User Research & Analysis
- Engage with internal stakeholders to understand priorities, success criteria and objectives related to health plan engagement
- Analyze member needs and the tasks they perform within their health plan
- Define common user types and journey maps to guide design efforts

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $57 to $64 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
