Job Description:

You will play a pivotal role in bringing stunning showroom designs to life, collaborating with internal and external partners to manage every step of the process from concept to completion. As a Project Coordinator, you will be the central point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and efficient execution throughout the showroom design and construction lifecycle. Your expertise in vendor management, procurement, and logistics will be essential to keeping projects on track and within budget. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
What You'll Do:
- Orchestrate all touchpoints with internal and external partners, from initial kick-off calls to final walkthroughs.
- Cultivate strong vendor relationships, ensuring clear communication and timely progress updates.
- Manage project requests, quotes, and invoices from vendors and contractors.
- Oversee the procurement of display products, including merchandisers, graphics, and signage.
- Track and coordinate orders, delivery, storage, and staging of display materials.
- Facilitate weekly meetings with internal partners to monitor project progress and address action items.
- Manage the pipeline for new showroom buildout requests, ensuring projects advance efficiently.
- Oversee the new showroom buildout strategy for key customers, leading weekly review meetings.
- Manage and execute the resolution of outstanding items for completed projects.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience in a timeline/calendar management role (e.g., administrative assistant, project manager, project coordinator) OR Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
- Excellent communication and computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Ability to learn eProcurement and SAP software.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience with project management software (Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday, etc.).
- Familiarity with interior construction projects and industry terminology.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, etc.).
- Degree in a field related to architecture, interior design, engineering, construction, or project management.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $35.00 to $40.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
