Duties:
We are seeking maintenance technicians to perform janitorial services, high-end facility cleaning, window washing, and floor care. We offer flexible schedules with starting salary of $20.75 per hour.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in janitorial, cleaning, or in a similar role.
- Solid knowledge of general cleaning.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must have the authorization to work in the U.S.
- Salary commensurate with work experience.
- The candidate should be able to work a flexible schedule.
