Engineering VP, Hardware

Qualifications
- Earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Electrical Engineering; an MBA or advanced degree is a strong plus
- Ten plus years of hands-on experience in hardware engineering, combining expertise in electrical and mechanical design with consumer product manufacturing, with at least 7 years spent in leadership positions managing sizable teams
- Proven track record in developing, launching, and scaling intricate hardware products, particularly in the consumer electronics or hardware sectors
- Solid knowledge of hardware development processes, including design, prototyping, validation, and mass production
- Deep understanding of design principles for manufacturability (DFM), product reliability, and cost-effective production
- Experience with hardware / software integration and working in collaboration with cross-functional teams
