Responsibilities
Accelerate solution adoption, ensure retention and customer satisfaction as well as build the efficiency of the team.
Accountable for all customers' needs throughout the entire engagement life cycle, including all deployment and Production stages. Ensuring customer satisfaction.
Passionate about engaging customers. Assist them in gaining more business value by moving them to production.
Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives.
Deliver appropriate and effective executive level communication.
Lead and direct interaction between the customer, partners, and the internal project team to ensure appropriate relationships exist to produce positive project outcomes.
Engage and manage sub-contractors, including following current Terms and Conditions
Advocate customer needs / issues across departments.
Establish a trusted / strategic advisor relationship with the customer and drive continued value of our products and services.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Assist Account Managers in pre-sale stage and comfortable developing SoW (Statement of Work) & Jump Start Packages.
Requirements :
5 years of experience in Project Management or proven experience of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention - outbound customers.
2 years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above).
Experience working in large technology environments / enterprises. A IT and security background, especially in firewall administration and configuration, is preferred.
Dynamic and proactive personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
A very good understanding of Change management processes and procedures.
Ability to operate well under-pressure as well as being result oriented.
Demonstrates adaptability and persistence and overcomes obstacles. A fast learner who works well independently.
Performs well in a matrix management environment.
Thrives well in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly.
Ability to see the broader view, though detail oriented and analytical.
Critical thinking skills to ask probing questions to understand clients’ business needs.
Listens intently to others, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions when appropriate, and allowing for professional courtesy in conversations.
Self-starter with high level of integrity.
Exposure to Process Improvement Disciplines like Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
Willingness to travel within the US & abroad (approximately 10%).
Compensation :
85,000 to $100,000 annual salary, depending on experience.
