Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including front desk duties and phone etiquette.
- Organize and maintain files, ensuring easy access to important documents.
- Coordinate event planning for company meetings, employee gatherings, and other functions.
- Oversee vendor management, including procurement of supplies and services.
- Assist with training development initiatives for staff members.
- Support human resources functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial tracking and reporting.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with event planning processes and vendor coordination.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of human resources practices is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
