Aquinas College invites applications for a 1-year visiting (renewable) or tenure-track position in the Business Administration department, starting Fall 2025. We seek an individual with an understanding of Liberal Arts, and a practitioner focus, with corporate management experience, who can teach primarily undergraduate courses and an occasional graduate level course.
Candidates should have an interest in, and be able to teach a variety of business management courses at the introductory and intermediate levels. Subject to include, but not limited to Management, Ethics & CSR, International Business, HR, Operations Management and Entrepreneurship, Marketing, among other topics.
The successful candidate will teach three courses per semester on a 9-month contract. Required qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Business or management (Ph.D. preferred), a demonstrated record of teaching effectiveness, relevant research, professional activities and industry experience that is relevant to the field of business management.
