Aquinas Consulting is seeking to fill a Chemical R&D Associate job at a world class R&D facility located in the Danbury, CT area. As a key member of the design and development team, you'll play a vital role in testing and optimizing next-generation fuel cells and batteries as well as related products.
Our client is seeking individuals passionate about innovation, chemistry and being involved in helping to develop interesting new products.
Chemical R&D Associate Job responsibilities : The R&D Associate will assist a team of engineers that designs alkaline batteries by performing :
Data Handling
Generating quality data through experimentation
- Collecting, organizing, and reporting data for PD team members
- Statistical analysis of cell test data using jmp
- Learn to draw insights from data
Cell testing :
Pre-test inspections including dimensions, voltage, impedance
Preparation of prototype cells for technical and consumer tests :
Hand fabrication of cell components such as electrodes, separators and current collectors
