- Identify and onboard new channel partners.
- Provide support, training, and guidance to partners to ensure success.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners to achieve mutual goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align sales and channel efforts.
- Monitor industry trends and stay up to date on market conditions.
- Create and manage channel partner budgets and forecasts.
- Develop and implement partner programs, including training, marketing, and incentives.
- Measure and report on partner performance using key metrics.
- Identify and resolve challenges within the channel.
- Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company.
- Participate in industry podcasts to increase brand awareness.
