Key Responsibilities
- Take charge of client relationships, ensuring optimal accountability for the client experience and proactively addressing arising concerns.
- Collaborate with strategists and subject matter experts to define project vision, create strategies, and spearhead execution as the project leader.
- Act as a trusted advisor for assigned client accounts, ensuring the quality of work aligns with clients’ business objectives.
- Cultivate and enhance relationships within client organizations, identifying opportunities for growth in partnership with the Associate Director of Client Experience.
- Prepare and participate in all significant milestone presentations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee a range of projects, including branding, enrollment marketing, CRM, and consultative services.
- Leverage project management software to establish, monitor, analyze, and optimize project plans against set KPIs.
- Facilitate project communications to keep both clients and internal teams aligned and informed.
- Lead productive project meetings with clear agendas and objectives.
- Develop and sustain project timelines, manage deliverables, and ensure milestones are achieved.
- Secure necessary resources throughout the project lifecycle and address any changes to scope, budget, or timing, managing their impacts effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and a strong follow-through capability.
- Superior oral and written communication skills, complemented by excellent interpersonal abilities.
