Aquinas Consulting is looking to fill a Contract-to-Hire IT Services Dispatcher / Help Desk Technician Level II job in Trumbull, CT for our client, a leading IT solutions provider. You will work with the service team and clients to provide quality service and ensure clients receive the technical support they need.
IT Services Dispatcher / Help Desk Technician Level II job Responsibilities :
- Coordinate IT support groups to maximize resource utilization.
- Pre-process service requests received via email, manual entry, or client input.
- Schedule internal and field technical resources in the ConnectWise dispatch portal.
- Monitor resource schedules to ensure prompt service request completion.
- Communicate with clients regarding incident progress, changes, or outages.
- Escalate unresolved service requests and report IT resource utilization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical server, network, and business system incidents.
- Support Windows Server 2008 / 2012 / 2016, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP.
- Manage Office 365, Azure, AWS, Microsoft Exchange, and remote access technologies.
- Support peripheral devices, WAN devices, SAN / NAS, and networking hardware.
- Resolve escalated issues from Level I and Level II team members.
- Perform move / add / change tasks on client servers and workstations.
