Aquinas Consulting is currently looking to fill a Contract IT Services Dispatcher / Help Desk Technician job in Trumbull, CT. In this role, you will serve as the initial point of contact for IT service requests, ensuring clients receive quality technical support. You may also handle tickets, calls, and on-site support as necessary. This contract position offers the potential for conversion to a full-time Help Desk Technician role.
IT Services Dispatcher / Help Desk Technician job Responsibilities :
- Act as the primary contact for client service requests and coordinate all IT support activities to optimize resource utilization.
- Pre-process service requests received via email, manual entry, or client input, and schedule resources through the ConnectWise dispatch portal.
- Monitor schedules, ensure prompt time entry, and communicate with clients about incident progress or changes.
- Provide day-to-day support for Windows, hardware, applications, general networking, and security devices, including remote and on-site troubleshooting.
- Escalate unresolved service requests, improve client satisfaction, and document work in ConnectWise.
