Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and screening candidates.
- Support new hire onboarding and ensure smooth integration into the company.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
