Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and screening candidates.
  • Support new hire onboarding and ensure smooth integration into the company.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
  • Help coordinate training programs and team-building activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

  • A highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and maintain confidentiality.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a desire to learn and grow.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus.
  • No prior HR experience required – full training is provided for the right candidate.
