Responsibilities :
- Manage and develop the current relationships with our distributors / wholesalers in the assigned territories.
- Drive sales by establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business relationships with wine stores, restaurants, chains, and other potential clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable wine recommendations.
- Collaborate with our distributors' salesforce and portfolio managers to coordinate the marketing and sales of our wines to the end customers.
- Frequently travel the assigned territories to meet potential clients, present our portfolio, and secure orders.
- Collaborate with the internal team to manage inventory, ensuring stock levels meet demand without overages.
- Use data-driven strategies to optimize the sales pipeline and make informed decisions on sales tactics.
- Attend training sessions to stay updated on our portfolio and sales strategies.
- Report sales metrics, client feedback, and market trends to the Sales Managers and the CEO.
