What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/Admin Asst position at AR Professional Services?
Small accounting/tax office is seeking an administrative assistant/receptionist. This is a part time job requiring 15-25 hours per week. MUST have previous experience working in an office environment. RESUMES WITHOUT PRIOR OFFICE EXPERIENCE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED!!!!
Duties include:
**Greet incoming clients, Answer phones; Respond to emails
**Maintain calendar and set appointments.
**General office duties - copying, filing, scanning, organizing, light cleaning and any other duty needed to maintain order in the office.
**Run errands as needed. Must have a valid Driver License, good driving history and insurance.
Skills required:
**Excellent computer, email & internet skills
**Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel)
**MUST have a pleasant voice and excellent customer service skills
**Multitasking is a necessity
**MUST possess a positive & professional attitude
**Ability to keep client matters confidential.
**This job entails sitting, standing and some light lifting.
