Front Office Coordinator
As the first face our patients see, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming, compassionate atmosphere. We’re seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented person who is ready to support our team and enhance the experience for each patient.
What You’ll Do :
- Be the face of our practice: Greet patients, check them in, and create a welcoming environment.
- Manage patient scheduling and appointment confirmations with precision and care.
- Answer phones and address patient inquiries, ensuring clear and friendly communication.
- Maintain front office organization and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Take X-rays and diagnostic images.
- Educate patients on orthodontic procedures, care instructions, and aftercare.
- Maintain sterile environments, prepare instruments, and manage treatment materials.
- Support the overall team to keep things running smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements:
- Bilingual - English & Spanish (Required)
- Certified RDA (Required): Current RDA certification and a passion for patient care.
- Previous experience in a dental office is a plus, but we’re also happy to train the right person.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, energetic, professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy, team-driven environment.
