What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Manager (Task Lead) position at ARA?
ARA 's ISR division is looking to hire a Program Manager (Task Lead). As the Program Manage, you will supervise all contractor personnel assigned to support DTRA OI-CO Task Order. You will be the primary interface between DTRA and the contractor team for execution of the task order requirements and rapid response to client requests. The Task Lead serves as the contract manager responsible for the program management of the contract. The Task Lead serves as the contractor focal point for providing any and all program planning, management, review, oversight, and execution of this SOW.
Program Manager (Task Lead) Responsibilities :
- Develop core training schedules, records, and risk management reviews in coordination with the DTRA COR / PM.
- Independently plans, schedules and accomplishes work and makes determinations regarding the need for organizational or programmatic studies or review of operating processes that may affect budgeting and contract management processes.
- Provide monthly reports, cost expenditures, training status, and equipment status to the DTRA Program Manager, as required.
- Function as the business and programmatic coordinator for the contractor and contractor personnel.
- Ensures established regulations, policies, and standards are met and enforced.
- Ensures all contractor personnel are trained and qualified to support this task order.
- Responsible for all personnel actions of contractor personnel under this contract, to include new hires, replacements, recruitment, and retention.
- Ensure all contractor personnel meet the country specific requirements required for entrance into countries where exercise events are taking place.
