The Floor Technician is r esponsible for the maintenance and attractiveness of floors, while accommodating the needs and safety of residents, staff and visitors.
Duties include :
- Dust and wet mopping
- Buffing, Stripping, and Waxing of floors
- Cleaning baseboards (and other light maintenance).
