Role Overview :
We are seeking an exceptional individual with proven program management experience in an EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) or CM (Contract Manufacturing) environment. This experience is paramountwe require a candidate who has a demonstrated track record of managing programs from inception to completion in these environments.
Requirements :
Proven Program Management Experience in EMS / CM environment : The ideal candidate must have a history of successfully managing programs within the EMS or CM industry. This includes overseeing timelines, deliverables, and ensuring the successful execution of all project phases.
New Product Introduction (NPI) Expertise : The candidate must have demonstrated experience in leading NPI processes within an electronics manufacturing environment, managing new product launches from design to production.
Supply Chain Excellence : A deep understanding of global supply chain operations is required. The candidate must have expertise in demand forecasting, capacity planning, and operational readiness, ensuring resources and production align with business needs.
Leadership and Strategy : The candidate must be a proven leader, capable of leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications :
4-year degree in Engineering or Business.
Proven experience in an EMS or CM environment is non-negotiable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams conferencing, and other productivity tools.
Ability to work independently, driving solutions with minimal supervision.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to lead and influence teams effectively.
Experience supporting global operations and working with international teams.
Willingness to travel up to 25%, including international travel.
