Location : Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (On Site)

We are seeking a skilled and qualified legal counsel based in KSA to join our legal team. The successful candidate will work on a broad range of commercial and regulatory matters and provide support and guidance to the legal department and the company.

Responsibilities :

Providing legal advice and support on legal issues related to the operations of the company.

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of contracts and legal documents

Conducting legal research and analysis on laws and regulations

Stay updated on changes in the laws and regulations

Interpret contracts and advise business lines and functions on contractual responsibilities

Assisting in developing and implementing legal strategies to assess and mitigate legal risks, working closely with other departments to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and minimizing legal exposure

Supporting the legal team and working effectively with the general counsel and external counsels of the company

Requirements :

A bachelors degree in law from a leading and reputable law with minimum 5 years experience in the MENA region

Ability to multitask and work with different stakeholders of the company

Fluent Arabic and English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
