We are seeking an exceptional Administrative Support Worker Lead to join our team at ARAMARK. As a key member of our administrative support team, you will provide critical assistance to management by performing a variety of accounting and operational duties.
Your primary responsibility will be to assist with various office/business administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. You will interact with customers, visitors, and employees in a professional and cheerful manner, embodying the ARAMARK spirit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative functions including distributing mail, ordering, and stocking supplies, answering phones, and greeting visitors
- Assist unit management with clerical tasks (such as meal plan questions and meal plan student profile updates)
- Greet customers, clients, and employees; answer inquiries or direct calls where necessary
- Assist functional areas (finance, human resources, and marketing) as needed with various projects
- Maintain office supplies and informative postings
- Operate technology, systems, and software such as voicemail systems, copy/scanners, personal computers, and MS Office
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. 2 years administrative support experience
- Excellent written/interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Excel and Word
- Ability to optimally connect with employees
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently
- Strong digital literacy is required for Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) Internet, typing, other databases and spreadsheet software
