We are seeking an administrative support worker to provide assistance with various office and business tasks, including ordering, data entry, filing, and interacting with customers and employees.
The Administrative Support Worker Lead will assist management with administrative duties, such as ordering supplies, answering phones, and greeting visitors. Essential functions and responsibilities may vary based on client requirements and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Distribute mail, order supplies, and answer phones in a professional manner.
• Assist unit management with clerical tasks, such as meal plan questions and student profile updates.
• Greet customers, clients, and employees, and direct calls as necessary.
• Support functional areas with various projects, such as finance, human resources, and marketing.
• Maintain office supplies and informative postings.
• Operate technology systems, software, and equipment, including voicemail systems, scanners, personal computers, and Microsoft Office.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 2 years of administrative support experience.

• Strong digital literacy required for Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Internet, typing, and other databases and spreadsheet software.
