\In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of custodial employees to provide operational expertise in contracted custodial services. You will manage client relationships, develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team of custodial employees, preferably in a Higher Education environment. A Bachelor's degree level education in Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management is highly preferred.
