Marketing and Communications Liaison
Serves as the Harvest Table marketing and communications liaison on the account leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Works with the Director of Guest Experience, Harvest Table Brand Team, and account leadership team to develop, implement, and evaluate marketing programs and strategies aligned with Harvest Table's culinary and guest service vision.
- Supports business strategies and projects, including branding, sales growth, market penetration, customer retention, quality, image, improved profit margins, and improved market share.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing ongoing internal and external client communications and marketing initiatives within accounts in alignment with Harvest Table's vision.
- Executing annual meal plan campaigns through oral and written presentations to various target groups.
- Building relationships and interacting with clients, university department heads, student organizations, and community groups.
- Performing marketing research and data collection, including focus groups, surveys, campus mapping, guest journey mapping, trend development, target market research, and competitive pricing analysis.
- Marketing guest engagement events and promotions through marketing collateral, media interaction, and public relations.
- Managing the marketing and communications team (where applicable).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business administration, or other related field.
- Relevant professional marketing experience.
- Efficiency in Microsoft Office products required; Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
- Proven success in creating and executing print & digital communication strategies, including social media channels and WordPress content management system.
- Team player with a creative and flexible attitude and style.
- Financial acumen, creative problem-solving ability, and customer savviness.
