Job Description
The Hospitality Operations Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the guest services team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This position requires supervisory experience in a related field, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling and assigning daily work assignments of the guest services team
- Training and guiding guest service staff on job duties and customer service
- Greeting and providing customer service to guests while anticipating their needs
- Responsible for performing service recovery to patients/customers who have received unsatisfactory service
- Book reservations and coordinate registration
- Operate a register and/or software system to complete cash and credit card transactions
- Answers phone calls and delivers messages as needed
- Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
- Reconciles disputed guest charges
- Participates in Quality Assurance Programs and reviews
