Role Description
Aramark is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all human resources functions and services. This role will develop and manage employment programs, salary compensation and job evaluations, talent acquisition, benefits, promotions, equal opportunity initiatives, education and training programs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of human resources management functions, with in-depth knowledge and skills in one or more human resource functions directly related to the position. They will also possess excellent presentation and speaking skills, good reading, writing and math skills, and good research and analytical skills.
Essential Duties
- Develop and manage employment programs, salary compensation and job evaluations
- Recruitment, onboarding, organizational structure, compensation, employee database maintenance, payroll, employee relations, orientation/training/development, policy/procedure development and employee engagement initiatives
- Oversee international Work and Travel and H2B programs
- Guide managers and other employees in matters related to career development, staffing initiatives, employee relations, labor management, workplace ethics and performance management
