Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a key role in supporting recruitment efforts, employee onboarding, and managing orientations for new hires. Additionally, the role will involve assisting with event-based HR operations, including staffing, employee check-ins, and general event coordination. The Human Resources Coordinator will also handle essential administrative duties, including filing, answering phone inquiries, and greeting employees, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.COMPENSATION : The hourly rate for this position ranges from $24.00 to $24.00, depending on circumstances including an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.Job ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding : Assist with recruitment efforts, including reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and liaising with hiring managers.Manage the full onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they complete necessary paperwork and understand company policies and procedures.Organize and conduct new hire orientations, ensuring new employees are properly introduced to company culture, policies, and benefits.Event Coordination : Collaborate with department managers to assist with event planning and coordination, including scheduling, staff allocation, and event execution.Handle employee check-ins and act as a liaison during events to ensure smooth operations.Provide administrative support for HR-related events, such as employee appreciation days, team-building activities, and training events.Administrative Support : Maintain organized employee files and documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Answer and direct phone calls and emails, responding to inquiries related to HR policies, recruitment, and employee concerns.Greet and assist visitors, employees, and candidates in a professional and welcoming manner.Ensure proper recordkeeping for employee attendance, certifications, and other HR-related documents.At Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers.
