About the Role
The Human Resources Specialist will provide support to operational managers to complete day-to-day field HR activities and ensure successful rollout of HR initiatives to the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Use HR systems to produce reports
- Assist with tracking and administering recognition programs
- Provide data and information as needed for investigations in partnership with HR Managers
- Coordinate benefits programs
- Lead and coordinate annual performance review processes for front-line associates in partnership with management
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new associates
Requirements
- 1-2 years in Human Resources preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong interpersonal and planning skills
- Strong English verbal/written communication skills
- A high level of guest service and an eye for detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
