The role of Lodging Quality Assurance Specialist is to ensure guest satisfaction by overseeing the daily work assignments of the guest services team and verifying completion of tasks. This position requires supervisory experience in a related field, as well as previous guest services experience.
Responsibilities include scheduling and assigning work, training and guiding staff on job duties and customer service, greeting guests and providing exceptional customer service while anticipating their needs, performing service recovery for unsatisfactory service, booking reservations and coordinating registration, operating a register and software system, answering phone calls and delivering messages, maintaining excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc., reconciling disputed guest charges, and participating in Quality Assurance Programs and reviews.
