What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Coordinator position at Aramark?
The Marketing Coordinator uses the 4 P?s of Marketing and is responsible for the implementation and execution of marketing programs which support profitable base business growth, consumer satisfaction and client retention within a single account. The Marketing Coordinator helps to support all critical business initiatives including pricing, meal plan sales, overall sales growth and consumer engagement for their account and Aramark Collegiate Hospitality. The Marketing Coordinator upholds and represents the Aramark Collegiate Hospitality brand, the client?s brand and all branding elements.
- Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for executing and implementing base business growth programs and strategies to improve sales, ensure pricing accuracy and increase voluntary meal plan participation / sales. Ensures all promotions, sales enablers and other Executional Framework initiatives are implemented across the account.
- Collaborates with Marketing Manager and operations team to assist in writing the Client Business Review and is accountable for the data and results entered into Meal Plan Analytics database.
- Interacts with client and maintains effective client and customer relations as well as maintains strong relationships with all levels of the Aramark team to accomplish goals and objectives.
- Looks for opportunities to implement new innovations, technology solutions, products and services which support sales growth and client retention.
- Measures results of marketing programs and gains customer feedback.
- Ensures participation in DiningStyles and Voice of the Consumer (VOC) and presents results at team and client meetings each semester.
- Manages student peer to peer groups to ensure proper execution of voluntary meal plan selling.
- Works collaboratively with the Collegiate Hospitality team to implement all national programs.
- Creates promotion calendars and is responsible for updating all web-based tools and social media, sources customized templates to create consistent campus-wide signage and ensures appropriate menu signage in place.
- Qualifications
- Use logical thinking to perform a variety of office tasks that require special skills and knowledge
- Make decisions based on company policy and good judgment
- Follow instructions without close supervision
- Speak and write clearly and accurately
- Plan your own work and sometimes the work of others
- Proficient with all Microsoft Applications
- Requires basic accounting skills.
- Must have developed language skills to the point to be able to : Write announcements, letters, summaries, and reports, using prescribed format
- Minimum 2 years experience preferred 4 years exirience.

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and / or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and / or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
