Essential Duties And Responsibilities
The Marketing Coordinator will develop proposals and shortlist interview materials while managing related administrative tasks, including:
- Leading the proposal development process by developing the proposal preparation approach and schedule, and developing content, graphics, and information from technical, marketing, and administrative sources.
- Designing custom page layouts and creating graphics for RFP, RFQ and SOQ submittals such as project approaches and accompanying illustrative diagrams, project schedules, and project experience pages.
- Preparing and finalizing RFP, RFQ, and SOQ submittals, ensuring compliance with various client formatting and selection criteria.
- Preparing materials for project interviews, and leading interview preparation and debrief.
- Collaborating with marketing, business development, and other teams as needed.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, plus at least two years of experience marketing professional services in architecture/engineering or a related industry.
- Skills & Expertise: Proficiency and experience in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) and Microsoft Office, along with strong planning, organizational, and communication skills to meet strict deadlines. Direct experience preparing governmental standard form submittals is a plus.
- Reporting Structure: This position reports directly to the Office Manager and collaborates across multiple teams.
